Kicking off November with a little fall sensory bin. A is still in a phase of making messes as her main means of exploration (see last picture) which is why I love these smaller sensory versions for everyday play. Since these are smaller, I make each of the girls a bin so there’s no fights over creations being destroyed.

GLIS box

colored pasta, chickpeas, and rice

seed pods

velvet pumpkins

yellow acrylic leaves

wood acorns

squirrel mini erasers

felt leaves

Dying pasta and rice filler is simple with acrylic paint. Pour filler into a ziploc bag, add a couple squirts of acrylic paint, seal the bag, and shake. Pour colored filler onto parchment paper to dry.
