Paper plate snow globes are our latest obsession. We made two sets, one the way I envisioned it and the second was a free for all with the girls using all our craft supplies. I think I like their version better.
Supplies & Instructions
toothpick or popsicle stick
paint scraper or stiff cardboard
black construction paper
To create the swirl background, add shaving cream to a paper plate, add drops of liquid watercolors, use a stick to swirl the colors, then press a second plate on top. Use a paint scraper to remove the shaving cream revealing the most beautiful colorful swirls.
